Jenny + Ez | Love + Basketball

Jenny, a PE teacher and Ez, a basketball coach just celebrated their 5th year of marriage together.  Jenny expressed that they spend most their time in the gym and it’s a huge part of their lives. So what better way to commemorate this special day than by doing a photoshoot on the basketball court together?  Afterwards we headed to a park nearby for some romantic photos with the cherry blossoms to ring in the spring! Congratulations to these two love birds on 5 years of marriage!  

Dawnielle + Eric | A Valentine Inspired Engagement Session

What better day is there to draw inspiration from for your engagement session than Valentines Day? A holiday that falls during one of the coldest months of year, full of love in order to warm your heart. Pink balloons, heart confetti, and a flowy chiffon skirt were all incorporated to help tell the sweet love story of Dawn + Eric. They walked through the forrest holding hands, laughing, and sharing sweet moments together. Happy Valentines Day!

Jennifer + Darnell | Urban Valentine Engagement Session

Jennifer + Darnell's adorable engagement session was done just in time for Valentines Day, the perfect homage to a day full of love, hearts, and all things warm and fuzzy. Darnell and Jenn were engaged on Valentines Day so Jenn told me incorporating the day into their session was a must. She also wanted a more urban and vintage look to fit her style and taste. When Jenn told Darnell, "wouldn't it be cool to have a vintage bike to ride around for our shoot?" Darnell made sure to find one for her. We even stopped by NY Pizza Company, the place where Darnell and Jennifer have shared many dates. I just love that my couple incorporated so many things that referenced their life together making for a much more meaningful engagement session.
Jennifer and Darnell are two of the most kind and creative people I have had the pleasure of working with and I can not wait until their beautiful wedding in September!
