It was a perfect fall day for a wedding in Falls, Pennsylvania, with the leaves just starting to turn and the weather giving off a cool crisp breeze. When driving down the dirt road towards the Barn at Glistening Pond you feel like you stepped into a picturesque photo right out of a calendar. A little white a red barn just over the hill awaits you in the distance along with a small quaint pond framed by a large cornfield. Molly chose beautiful florals from Jenny's Floral Design to accent her venue perfectly, with eggplant calla lilies welcoming the rich fall colors and golden wheat and succulents to add to the barn's rustic appeal.
Molly and Mike met at her parents motocross race track back when Mike began racing at the young age of 5, so when Mike made his entrance to the wedding by riding in on his bike, there couldn't have been a more perfect nod to their history together. Molly looked stunning walking down the aisle in her Maggie Sottero gown and there wasnt a dry eye in the house.
After the ceremony guests played cornhole and danced the night away and snacked on the beautiful dessert bar full of chocolate covered oreos and candy apples while sipping yummy lemonade with the occasional taste of the homemade moonshine served at the bar. Thank you Molly and Mike for asking us to capture your beautiful wedding. It is absolutely one for the record books and we wish you the best!

ReplyDeleteThis is really an amazing place for a wedding. We considered the Chicago wedding venues for our wedding and reception. Beautiful architecture in a ginormous building with original woodwork, and high ceilings make for an extremely interesting, dramatic, and formal space.
