Jackson and Erica's love story began when she walked into a local pet store and saw the man of her dreams behind the counter. They talked for hours as she played with one of the kittens at the store. When Erica left she knew she couldn't let this amazing guy slip through her fingers so she gained the courage to send him a message on facebook. It was the best decision she made that day! On her recent birthday they strolled together in Old Mesilla Plaza where their first date had taken place. Jackson led Erica to the front of the beautiful Basilica of San Albino where he got down on one knee and pulled a ring out of his boot!
Their wedding this August at The Farm and Ranch Museum in Las Cruces, NM was what rustic dreams are made of. If you have ever been to the Farm and Ranch Museum you know how adorably charming it is with its tractors, blacksmith shack and awesomely large green bridge making it the perfect setting for a country wedding. The turquoise bridesmaid dresses were an exemplary color choice for a wedding in the Land of Enchantment and were accented perfectly with pops of coral. Erica looked simply stunning in her lace Allure wedding gown, which had the slightest hint of blush and went perfectly with the setting. Guests celebrated the newlyweds while line dancing to country music and happily enjoying biscochitos and delicious wedding cake. It was a complete honor to document the love story of such a sweet couple and we always enjoy being able to travel out of Albuquerque for weddings near and far. Congratulations Erica and Jackson, we wish you nothing but the best!
