Santa fe looks absolutely breathtaking in the beginning of October when the Aspens just begin to bow their head to summer. In the Sangre De Cristo Mountains it isn't just the trees that begin to change, but all of the vines growing on the ground and bushes climbing the forrest walls. There is nothing like it and I am so happy the Montoya family wanted to do their family portraits deep into the forrest. We climbed the twisting Hyde Park Road all the way to the Big Tesuque Campground with their little ones Gracie and Faith in tow. We didn't have to hike too far into the woods to find the most perfect spot for family pictures and the results were amazing!
