Rob and Christina are two of the kindest people and I feel honored to have been able to document their love on film. We drove up to the Sandia foothills and hiked to the top of a hill overlooking the city. The view was breathtaking! The engagement session was a perfect combination of the beautiful southwest and Christina and Roberts beautiful love for one another. Christina spoke of how the location couldn't have been a more perfect choice for them as Christina and Rob are both proud to call New Mexico home.
From the Bride: " I love New Mexico and Native American history and southwestern arts and landscape so I really loved that the engagement session was in the beautiful Sandia foothills at sunset. The southwest, and Albuquerque in particular, are known for their gorgeous sunsets and I love that Maura was able to include that in our engagement photos. Robby and I love New Mexico and have travelled all around the state together for his college rugby matches and my Miss New Mexico adventures. The weekend after our engagement shoot, we actually went back to that location for a Valentine’s Day hike together. As our wedding plans develop it looks like we are leaning toward a modern southwestern style theme for the big day!
